>Which payment methods do you accept ?
We accept IDeal (for all NL and BE customers), Visa & Mastercard, C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Wire payments.
>How do I know which items are in stock ?
All items shown on the website are in stock in the boutique. However, please note that putting an item in your shopping bag does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.
> What if an item is out of stock ?
If an item you are interested in is out-of-stock, please use our convenient back in stock notification by clicking the “email me when back in stock” button wich appears when an item is out of stock and leave us your emailadress in the pop-up screen that will apear. Whenever the item you’re interested in comes back in stock you’ll automatically receive a notification mail.
>How do I find a specific item on the website ?
If you know exactly what you are looking for, enter the Shop section of the website, where you will be given the option to search the shop by product category or designer. Once you have selected your desired category or designer, you can further filter the listings using the drop-down options within the title bar of the page.
>Can I order by phone ?
Off course it is possible to make an order by phone. Simply call a customer care representative on +31 (0)43 852 40 52.
After providing us with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information, we will process your order.
>Can I reserve an item to buy later ?
At this moment we do not provide a holding service at our boutique.
>Does Stylesuite.nl gift wrap ?
Off course we do ! When ordering please choose the complementary ‘gift wrap’ service and we’ll make it our mission to impress the reveiver of your gift as it was one of our own beloved ones. Specify if the reveiver is male or female and we’ll give it the right touch.
If you would like to add a message with your gift let us know and we will include your personal message on a complementary gift card with pleasure.

>How often can I find new updates of the collection on the website ?
Once a week we update our new men’s and women’s collection on the website. If you want to stay updated you can subscribe to our newsletter.

Stylesuite.nl offers seasonal sales twice a year. Register for our newsletter to be kept in the loop when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
Other sales promotions can be found (outside seasonal sale periods) under our 'SALE' button wich appears on the right hand top corner whenever items are available with reductions. Please note that all items offered in that section of our site are non refundable nor can they be exchanged. All shipping costs for outside seasonal sale are always at the expense of the customer.

We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your personal data without your authorization.

The following chart is a general guideline of sizes organized by the standard XXS-XS-S-M-L-XL system, which varies from country to country. For specific sizing information about a particular designer, please refer to each designers' sizing system from the product detail page. Alternatively, any useful information pertaining to the sizing of a product will be noted in the product description to help you make a more accurate decision as to what size to purchase.
